Slow down the design team. Just as the engineering team stopped creating new features, the design team needs to stop, assess the current state of the product, and identify the current user pains.

We need a Product Map. @Isabella Velez will lead the Product Map exercise.

Build a common understanding across the team to increase efficiency and eliminate friction.

Have a compass of the improvements.

      Help the conversation with users.

      Make explanatory videos.

      Imagine the future product.

Once we have the Product Map, we begin creating the videos, and, of course, Eric can handle them. Or we can do them together, or Eric can do them in English and we in Spanish, and Burdi in Russian. The reason we want to have the Product Map before the videos is that we need a compass, an orientation tool, a way to learn, and a means to compare the product's evolution with what we believe users need.
